The Fitbit Black Friday deals are inching ever closer, meaning it’s almost time to scramble for a cheap Fitbit deal. Fitbit offers a range of devices from slender fitness trackers to bigger, premium fitness watches, and as August saw Fitbit reveal its next generation of devices—the Fitbit Inspire 3 fitness tracker, and the Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 smartwatches—we’re likely to see the prices of older models get slashed during this year’s deals period.
Last year’s deals saw discounts of up to 33% on the original Fitbit Sense, which at the time was the brand’s most expensive smartwatch, as well as the cheaper Inspire 2. There was also a huge discount in the US on the older Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch, bringing the price down by 40% to just $99.
We think (and hope) that the discounts this year will be similar, if not better, on some of the older Fitbit devices, which still hold their ground in the market, so keep an eye out ahead of the Black Friday deals on November 25. According to this Adobe financial report(opens in new tab) on the 2021 deals season, sporting goods and electronics were at their cheapest prices between November 19 and December 4, so Black Friday really is the best time to buy. We might even see discounts on the Charge 5 and Fitbit Luxe, which are yet to be replaced in Fitbit’s lineup, although probably not as big.
It’s worth noting that new products do sometimes get some love over Black Friday – for instance, we might see Fitbit put out a few introductory offers on the new Fitbit Inspire 3 to bring new customers on board and get them using Fitbit Premium, investing in the Fitbit economy.
Even without all the features of a full-fledged smartwatch, fitness trackers are wonderful ways to get you moving and feeling healthier by nudging you during long periods of inactivity, tracking your sleep to ensure you’re well-rested, counting steps, calories and logging workouts.

BLACK FRIDAY FITBIT DEALS: OUR PREDICTIONS
Where are the best places to find Fitbit Black Friday deals?
You’ll of course find all the best Fitbit Black Friday deals here, but Fitbit’s website will play host to some great deals, and that could be a useful place to start when you’re looking for deals. Other retailers will definitely join in, particularly Best Buy in the US and John Lewis in the UK, so shop around too.
You may find some luck checking physical shops too, as Fitbits are popular enough to get sold in brick-and-mortar stores. Of course, heading to in-person Black Friday events brings its own risks, not least of all the possibility of the device selling out, but you might find deals that aren’t available online. You can find a more comprehensive list below:

When will the best Fitbit Black Friday deals start in 2022?
We sometimes see Fitbit wearables offered in the pre-Black Friday sales, likely starting around November 10 depending on the retailer. However the real best deals will likely occur over the weekend in question, from November 24, the evening before Black Friday, to Cyber Monday on November 28.
Fitbits aren’t like iPads, and the sales generally don’t come and go throughout that time. Typically. the discounts are applied at the beginning of the sales and remain consistent for the entirety of the weekend.
Saying that, some retailers may choose to jettison any remaining stock of older Fitbits which could see huge, but temporary, discounts on models which aren’t the newest of their line.
Should I wait for the Black Friday Fitbit deals?
Ahead of Black Friday, you might have trouble deciding whether you should wait until the sales or just buy a new tracker to use immediately.
That’s a tough question, made tougher by the fact that while Fitbit deals can be good, they’re often not great – not worth waiting months for, at least.
We believe it depends on the model you want. After an Inspire 2? Buy one now, as you’re only likely to save a little bit of money if any at all. Want a smartwatch? You could see triple-figure discounts, so hang on until BF weekend.
